All animals that leave our care are guaranteed to be outwardly healthy to the best of our current knowledge upon delivery. We guarantee you will NOT get mites from us. In the case of cosmetic imperfections, said imperfections are explicitly listed in the advertisement and/or discussed with the prospective buyer; in addition, such defects do not impair the animal’s quality of life or welfare.
To ensure the best care for your animal, we strongly recommend holding the shipment at your nearest FedEx ShipCenter to minimize stress and temperature fluctuations. Please double-check that the name and address on the shipping label are correct. We are not responsible for customer errors in shipping information but will do everything we can to ensure the animal arrives safely despite such.
While we are not liable for delays caused by weather or transit carriers, we understand unforeseen circumstances may occur. In such cases, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to provide a replacement, credit, or refund if necessary. When specified, all animals are shipped with 100% Live Arrival Insurance at no additional cost to you. This means your shipment is covered by a third-party reptile shipping company. We do our best to ensure customer happiness and satisfaction while prioritizing animal welfare.
If an issue arises, such as DOA (Dead on Arrival) or health concerns, contact us within 2 hours of receiving the package with photos/videos of the animal and packaging for evaluation. We encourage our customers to open and check on the animal’s status as soon as possible when the package is received. Please do not leave your live animal package in direct sunlight, in an unattended vehicle, or otherwise where it may potentially be exposed to temperature extremes.
We reserve the right to delay shipping during holidays or adverse weather conditions to ensure the animal’s well-being. We do our best to avoid shipment delays and pack shipments to the highest standard set forth by MorphMarket’s Shipping Guidelines. Shipping date readjustments will be communicated to the buyer.
If shipping to a non-FedEx hub address, someone must be available to receive the package on the first delivery attempt. Failure to do so voids the Live Arrival Guarantee and Insurance. Again, we do not recommend shipping to residential addresses as the margin of error is higher than shipping to a FedEx ShipCenter.
Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable but may be applied as store credit. Animals will only be held with a deposit. Generally 50% of the total animal price is required to hold an animal for an agreed upon timeframe.
By purchasing, you confirm you are 18 years or older and comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding ownership of the species purchased.
We are not liable for injury, illness, or harm resulting from improper handling or care after delivery.
The buyer is responsible for providing appropriate care, housing, and environment for the animal post-purchase. Please contact us if you have specific husbandry questions or concerns.
All sales information, including genetics, sex, and health, is guaranteed to the best of our knowledge. All sales are final unless otherwise agreed upon. Refunds and replacements are at our discretion.
